How to get you to your goals
The personal training program presented spans 12 weeks and features remote and in-person sessions. Depending on your overall goals, I recommend a minimum of 3 months to allow you to see the changes you desire, make adjustments to your program and scale it to your needs/goals.
We will create actionable goals to achieve every 2 weeks to keep you accountable, on pace, and motivated to achieve your results.
You will receive the 21 Keto Meal Plan OR Nutrition Manual (you choose) which discusses the optimal foods, how to track in the first stage, focus on implementing supplements, recipes, and more to compliment your lifestyle
