The Butterfly Effect of HUGS

Have you ever had a profound experience that did not fully sink in until a day later? This is my story of how HUGS can change your life, filling your cup to the brim, causing introspection and fueling passion!
To many people, Sundays are meant for Netflix binging, reading a good book, laying in the hammock, or enjoying the last semblance of freedom before the work week commences once more. I awoke this past Sunday after admittedly staying up way too late (or should I say early?) post bachelorette party, and felt rather sluggish. After a dose of bulletproof coffee and KETO//OS - I decided to make the most of my day at home and focus on preparing for the week ahead.
Ah - when there are no distractions, it is glorious what can be accomplished! I set out to complete my success list (contrary to a to-do list, read about 5 Statements to Develop a Growth Mindset) and to schedule fulfilling appointments and forge new connections for the coming week! 20 tasks and 22 meetings booked later - I ended the evening feeling supercharged and ready to enjoy what was in store for the days ahead.
